Tourists who like to take back souvenirs from Goa can find excellent local handicrafts which include items like crochet, papier mache, bamboo work, shell work, terracotta, brassware and more. These are available in the local markets as well as the Government emporiums. The popular edible items which people take back with them are the cashew nuts, exotic wines and feni which is fermented drink made from cashew nuts which are available all over.
