All foreigners need a valid visa to enter into India. If the traveler already possesses the visa, it should be accompanied with passport which is at least valid for six more months. The application form for the visa can be obtained via courier or can be printed from the internet. The applicant needs to send the documents including application form, money order, passport, photograph and return postage duty. The visa is generally obtained in couple of weeks after the application. The documentation must be inclusive of permanent residential address.
