Jammu & Kashmir is like a jewel crown on the map of India. This state is a multi faceted diamond which changes its hues with coming seasons and is always extravagantly beautiful. The Pir Panjal and the Great Himalayan Range are the two major mountain ranges of the state which surround the landscape from the south to the north. Snowmobiling, trekking, mountaineering, skiing, camping, and llama trekking are some of the outdoor activities carried out in the state during the winter.
